Banana Peanut Butter Protein Fudge Recipe With Herbalife Tri Blend

Herbalife have launched another new product and this time they have catered for vegan diets. The new Tri Blend range is made with 100% plant based protein, sourced from pea, quinoa and flax hence the ‘tri’ name. The three power ingredients are naturally high in fibre, making it a great product to support the vegan diet.

The banana flavour Tri Blend Select has a light sweetness from organic coconut nectar and a gentle nutty flavour, which comes from the quinoa. It is also super easy to drink, literally mix with water in a shaker and you are good to go! Makes 12 large pieces

Ingredients

60 grams Herbalife Tri Blend Banana Protein Powder
60 grams Peanut Butter
4 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Agave Nectar

Method

Put the coconut oil and peanut butter into a bowl and heat until melted.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until smooth.

Push mixture into a silicon tray and freeze for 30 minutes.

Once hard, push out the fudge and store in the fridge in an airtight container.

I dare you to try and eat just one at a time, these are seriously moreish and are a great way to boost your protein. I nibble on a few of them after a few hours walking in the hills and it gives a great energy boost. Plant powered energy at its finest!
