
I appreciate a post about stuffing would probably have been more beneficial in time for the Christmas dinner, but hear me out. Heck have released a limited edition stuffing mince and it is pretty epic.

Pork stuffing has been seasoned with sage and onion, which really is lovely for stuffing a bird but also super easy to roll into balls and bake.
I literally rolled the mince into balls and popped into my air fryer for around 15 minutes. They cooked beautifully and are perfect for a New Year roast, but also for smashing into mayonnaise with the left over turkey for sandwiches.
A novel new way I have found of serving these is as a canapé. I know, it sounds weird, but the ratio of pork mince is slightly higher than with other stuffing brands, with the sage and onion adding flavour rather than being the star of the show. And served them with other nibbles as a bit of a buffet. Perfect for a New Year’s Eve at home with a bottle of fizz. Cheers!
