I know the weather is pretty cold and wintery feeling right now, but soon BBQ season will be upon us and Heck have pulled out all the stops with their latest product release! I love how inventive they are, from the stuffing balls at Christmas to the chicken mince that is now a staple in my kitchen, their new Heck Chorizo Style Burgers are perfect for a BBQ feast.
The burgers are made with Heck’s 97% pork with added paprika for that Spanish style taste. They are also gluten and dairy free whilst also being high in protein. They are thick and juicy when grilled and there is no shrinkage, with very little fat left in the pan. The paprika is lovely and strong, and they are great stacked with thick slices of cheese and salad.
You could sandwich them between a good quality bread bun, or serve simply with a side of freshly cut fries and salad.
